Why do my plants look different from the image on your website?

Plants are living things, we care for them daily and they grow. We cannot ensure that they will still look exactly the same as they looked when their pictures were initially taken, or the colour could be altered due to photography.  We try our best to offer you quality pieces.

For customers who opt for self-collection, you will be able to inspect the plant personally before taking it home. 

 

Can I just purchase the pots or plants?

Yes, you may choose to purchase the individual items from our website under the plants only or pots category.  You may contact us if you have further queries.

 

How do I care for the plants?

If you are not familiar with the caring needs of the plants, and need advice, do let us know when you purchase the plants.  If you need tips on how to care for them, do contact us.  We will try our best to assist you.  However, once the plant is sold, the care responsibility is on the plant owner.  We will NOT be liable for any damages or deterioration of the plant health.

 

Where do you ship to?

At present, we only deliver within Singapore, excluding Sentosa and other offshore islands.

 

When will the plants be delivered upon payment?

Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the stock availability and delivery or pick up schedule.

 

What if no one is home to receive the plants?

As the items are perishable, we do not offer redelivery services. If no one is around, the items will be left outside your place and we will inform you accordingly. We will not be responsible for any missing item(s).

 

Do you accept refunds or returns?

We ensure that our plants are in a good condition when handed over to you.  All items should be checked upon collection at our distribution center or upon receipt when delivered to you. Hence we do not have a refund or return policy.
